Biography

Upon graduation from Loyola Law School, Kevin spent 21 years with a large corporate defense firm. Five years ago while serving as an equity partner, Kevin began to focus exclusively on representing individuals and families in personal injury cases. He has successfully represented individuals and families in product liability cases, premises liability cases, commercial trucking accidents, electrocution cases, sports injuries resulting in the death of minor children, and industrial accidents.

Kevin has successfully tried several multi-million dollar personal injury cases in the State of Louisiana and has the highest trial award in the State of Mississippi for the family of a 14-year-old girl who suffered fatal injuries in a sports-related accident.

He is an advocate in every sense of the word for those individuals and families who have sustained personal injuries as a result of the fault or negligence of others.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 21 years and his three children. Additionally, he is an avid outdoorsman who loves to snow ski, fish, and hunt.

Education

Kevin received his Juris doctorate in 1996 from Loyola University Law School where he graduated with honors in moot court. In his senior year, he served as a teacher’s assistant for the moot court program. In 2005, he attended the Trial Academy at Stanford University, Palo Alto, California.

Memberships

Kevin is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and while representing clients primarily in Louisiana, also represents clients in Mississippi and Texas. He has served as a guest judge for the Tulane Invitational Moot Court Competition and Tulane Trial Advocacy Competition.
