Blair also represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice and nursing home negligence cases. Before going to law school, Blair was a legal assistant for one of the largest defense firms in the world, which was invaluable experience that shaped her practice today from the other side of the aisle.

Presently, Blair represents thousands of clients who have developed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) after exposure to Roundup weed killer, with most of these cases pending in Missouri. Blair also represents thousands of servicemembers who have developed hearing damage, such as hearing loss and tinnitus (ringing in the ears), after using 3M’s combat arms earplugs, which have proven to be defective.

Outside of work, Blair enjoys playing tennis, traveling, hiking, and any activity involving nature, alongside her husband and two small boys.
