Attorney Bio for Andrew S. Miller:

Andrew Miller is an attorney at Kirkendall Dwyer in the products liability and toxic torts division. Andrew graduated with a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center where was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and was named to the Order of the Coif. He graduated from Yale University with a B.A., cum laude. At Yale, he earned varsity letters in cross-country and track.

He has practiced in the private sector and in government service, having been a partner in an international law firm and a lawyer for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. He has represented parties in national products liability cases, including those relating to tobacco products, pharmaceuticals, and herbal supplements. His experience includes litigating cases in Federal multi-district litigation and class actions. He has also represented parties in complex business disputes.

Andrew is committed to providing pro bono legal services and advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities. He has served on the Legislative Affairs Committee of the National Down Syndrome Society; as a volunteer lawyer and board member of Philadelphia VIP (a provider of pro bono legal services); and as a member of the President of the American Bar Association’s Commission on Mental and Physical Disability Law. He was also a Hearing Committee Member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys long-distance road cycling and spending time with his family.
