Ms. Loutey has a wide range of experience in civil litigation on behalf of injured persons, including a multitude of cases involving harmful pharmaceuticals and medical devices, dangerously defective products, medical malpractice, birth injuries, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. Ms. Loutey has obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of her clients.

Education

Ms.  Loutey is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law, Wellesley College (B.A., Political Science and Economics), and the Academy of Notre Dame de namur. While at Villanova, she participated in the Intensive and Advanced Trial Advocacy Course and was a member of the J. Willard O’Brien American Inn of Court.

Memberships and Awards

Ms. Loutey is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Loutey was recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” from 2016-2022. Ms. Loutey has also been recognized as a member of The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.

Ms. Loutey has also served in leadership capacities in national Multidistrict Litigations (MDL) including appointments to the Plaintiff Steering Committees (PSC) in In Re: Mirena IUS Levonorgestrel-Related Prods (MDL No.2 767 In) and In Re: Onglyza (Saxagliptin) (MDL No. 2809). As a member of various plaintiff steering committees, Ms. Loutey has represented thousands of plaintiffs around the country in a variety of pharmaceutical and medical device cases.
