He began his legal career representing those injured in motor vehicle accidents and also spent time working on pharmaceutical torts. When an opportunity presented to take on social security disability cases, he decided that’s where he wanted to focus. Mason would go on to represent over 1,000 clients in disability hearings while in Oklahoma. In early 2019 he and his family relocated to Dallas, Texas to lead Kirkendall Dwyer’s disability division. In this role with Kirkendall Dwyer, he oversees the day-to-day operations as well as managing the case managers and attorneys within the division. Mason is devoted to his family and his faith which he credits for everything. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

AttorneyMason Johnston is the Managing Attorney of Kirkendall Dwyer’s disability division. Mason is an Arkansas native and attended the University of Arkansas for his undergraduate degree. From there, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law before being licensed in Oklahoma. While in law school, Mason worked full time as a law clerk for a personal injury firm in Oklahoma City.
